In fact, Wilson Creek is so nimble, they’ve been able to handle even the most urgent requests. “A few years ago, when wildfires hit Malibu, we had a couple come to us in frantic desperation,” Recalls vice president of marketing Wendy Holder. “Their venue was closed because of the fires. They contacted us on a Thursday, and we were able to accommodate their 150 guests that Saturday – two days later. They had the whole wedding here, from the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They commented that even though they had to change venues they were impressed at how we were able to provide the wedding of their dreams!
