Provides sommelier-led wine education and private winery micro-tours throughout Temecula wine country. Designed for small groups of up to eight, micro-tours focus on depth over quantity- visiting up to two wineries with guided education on terroir, varietals, tasting technique, and finally getting your wine questions answered in real, human words.

We specialize in owner user facilities (working for companies that own and use the facility). Our projects include: 1.) Processing and Manufacturing, 2.) Food & Beverage Processing, 3.) Hospitality. These projects are usually Design-Build. Which means we procure a site and floor plans, create a budget to give the customer an idea of the projects direction before spending any money.
